I work as a software developer and I create programs for all sorts of businesses such as schools, hospitals, and retailers. In recent years, I have been called upon several times to develop software which helps a general contractor to keep track of clients and workers. Prior to working with these general contractors, I was unaware of the incredible leadership and planning skills needed to bring a team of quality contractors together to complete a project.
